30-day window: Unused, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How to start a return: Contact us with your order number and we'll send return instructions.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or wrong item: If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us right away and we'll fix it — no return shipping cost to you.
